Peterson tears knee ligaments
Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson tore his ACL and MCL in the team’s victory over the Washington Redskins.
Peterson left the game in the third quarter with a knee injury, and it didn’t take long for the team’s worst fears to be realized.
The running back was coming off a significant ankle injury just a few weeks ago and only received 10 carries in the last game.
